An Introduction to Conscious Dreaming

In this workshop we will explore the significance of both our day and night dreams and begin to cultivate a relationship with our inner dreamers. I will introduce a fun and easy process for working with dreams that you can take with you and build upon. There will be plenty of time for questions, sharing and suggestions for carrying the work forward. This workshop is perfect for those newer to dreamwork and looking to get their feet wet.
