The Sacred Pause is a collection of poems, dreams, and reflections written during a prolonged period of personal retreat and reorientation. These pieces emerged through illness, loss, uncertainty, and the slow unwinding of an old way of being. Rather than an interruption, this pause became an initiation—a time of listening more deeply to my body, my dreams, the natural world, and the quieter currents moving beneath the surface of my life.

Looking back, I can see these years as threshold years. They taught me that transformation cannot be forced or rushed. It unfolds in its own time, asking us to slow down, pay attention, and trust that what feels like an ending may also be the beginning of something not yet visible. A sacred season of waiting. Standing at the threshold of a new beginning. Unmoving.
